So, have you all ever seen the movie Some Kind of Wonderful? It is a John Hughes written (but not directed) film from 1987, about a high school love triangle. ...I saw Gone Girl and it was fucking brilliant, just like the book. I loved it so much. The casting was PERFECTION. Ben Affleck was born to play that poor schlep, seriously.

And Rosamund Pike is a GODDESS. Loved it.

[+] I finally saw Lincoln. Honestly, it was kinda boring for me. There were some tender moments, however, and obvs. the acting was great, and every actor you can dream of was in it. Even Hardman, from Suits, which comes back JULY 16TH. When I'm leaving on a business trip/vacation, of course.

[1] I just read the MOST PERFECT fic about CAROLINE FORBES. It's called the hyacinth girl. It's an amazing character study of Caroline through her relationships with Tyler, Matt, Elena, Stefan (*sob*), Damon, and Klaus. It is SO GOOD AND SO BEAUTIFUL. So read it and them comment on it.
